Westfield Student Athletic Trainers Invited to Visit Houston Texans!

The athletic training students of Westfield High School were invited to visit the Houston Texans on April 2nd.  The students were able to see most of the facilities including the practice fields, practice bubble, weight rooms and athletic training rooms.

Our students also were able to meet several of the Texans players during their visit, including Chaun Thompson who happened to play for the Mount Pleasant High School Tigers while Westfield Athletic Trainer Richard Davis was serving the Tigers as their athletic trainer.

Several questions were asked and were answered by the Athletic Training Staff of the Houston Texans.  Their staff included Kevin Bastin, Jon Ishop and Tom Colt.  The Texans' Athletic Training Staff were very receptive to the Mustang Student Trainers.
